One of our missions as The Big Air Kite League is to improve the career opportunities of our athletes. So we’re excited to launch the BAKL Mentorship Program. At every stop this year we will have expert-speakers presenting to the riders about how they can grow their careers and open doors to new opportunities!
Topics that will be covered include:
There will be 2-3 expert speakers per competition and they will present during the window period of the competition. Presentations will be 30-60 minutes and will include a Q&A.
Speakers will be encouraged to recommend 1 piece of content for later consumption. It could be a book, podcast, video, audio book, blog etc.
The presentations will be open to all athletes in the area, not just the riders who are invited to compete.
We are so excited to start this initiative and look forward to watching our athletes fly!
